Forgot your password?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Check your spam folder if you don't see the reset email within a few minutes.

Signed up with Google?

Just tap "Sign in with Google" to log in. No separate password needed.

Subscription & Billing

Managing your subscription

Subscribed via the iOS app? Manage it in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Subscribed on the website? Go to Settings > Subscription in your loggd account.

Cancelling

App Store subscriptions: cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Website subscriptions: Settings > Subscription > Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Website subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee. For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
