1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using loggd.life ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers. For operator details, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

loggd.life is a personal growth platform that allows users to:

  • Track daily habits and routines
  • Set and monitor goals with milestones
  • Complete daily check-ins
  • Create a personal vision board
  • Earn points, levels, and badges for consistency
  • Optionally share progress via public profiles

3. Account Registration

To use loggd.life, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Manipulate the points, leaderboard, or gamification systems
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on loggd.life (habits, goals, notes, reflections, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Display your public content (if you enable public profile) to other users
  • Create anonymized, aggregated statistics for improving the Service

You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not post content that infringes others' rights or violates any laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides access to core features with usage limits. Features unlock as you progress through levels.

6.2 Pro Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are in EUR and may change with notice

6.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period

6.4 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions (both monthly and yearly plans):

  • If you're not satisfied with Pro, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Refund requests must be made by logging into your account and contacting us through the Support Center
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to Free tier immediately
  • This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only, not renewals

For EU consumers: This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by loggd.life and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the Service

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any results or outcomes from using the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, loggd.life SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold loggd.life harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity (with notice)
  • Discontinuation of the Service

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless prohibited by local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
