Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using loggd.life and the Loggd mobile application (together, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers, across both the website and mobile app. For operator details, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

loggd.life is a personal growth platform that allows users to:

  • Track daily habits and routines
  • Set and monitor goals with milestones
  • Complete daily check-ins
  • Create a personal vision board
  • Earn points, levels, and badges for consistency
  • Optionally share progress via public profiles

3. Account Registration

To use loggd.life, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Manipulate the points, leaderboard, or gamification systems
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on loggd.life (habits, goals, notes, reflections, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Display your public content (if you enable public profile) to other users
  • Create anonymized, aggregated statistics for improving the Service

You are solely responsible for the content you create. Do not post content that infringes others' rights or violates any laws.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides access to all core features with usage limits (for example, on the number of habits, goals, tasks and tags). Pro removes these limits and adds extra features.

6.2 Pro Subscription

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with notice

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by different providers depending on where you subscribe:

  • Website (loggd.life): Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in EUR.
  • iOS App: Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription in the iOS app, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Android App: Payments are processed by Google through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription in the Android app, you agree to Google Play's terms. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play > Subscriptions.

6.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

6.5 Refunds

  • App Store / Google Play purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases are managed by Apple or Google respectively. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support.
  • Website purchases: Contact us at eusebiu@loggd.life to request a refund.

For EU consumers: Your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive are unaffected.

6.6 Lifetime Access

From time to time we may offer a one-time “Lifetime” purchase as an alternative to a recurring Pro subscription. The following terms apply:

  • What “lifetime” means: “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Loggd service — that is, for as long as we continue to operate loggd.life. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser, and is not a guarantee that the Service will be offered indefinitely.
  • One-time payment: Lifetime access is a single, non-recurring payment. It is tied to one account, is for personal use, and is non-transferable.
  • What’s included: All features in the Pro plan as they exist at the time of purchase, plus future additions we make to the Pro plan. We may offer significant new products or stand-alone services separately; these are not guaranteed to be included.
  • If the Service is discontinued: If we discontinue loggd.life, lifetime access ends when the Service ends. We will aim to give reasonable advance notice and a way to export your data. A Lifetime purchase does not obligate us to operate the Service for any minimum or fixed period.
  • Pricing: The price of lifetime access may differ between the website and the mobile app stores, and may vary by country or region. The price shown to you at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
  • Payment and refunds: Lifetime access may be purchased on the website or, where offered, through a mobile app store. Payment is handled by the same providers described in 6.3 Payment Processing, and refunds are requested through the same provider you purchased from, as set out in 6.5 Refunds above. For EU/EEA consumers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to website purchases (via Lemon Squeezy); in-app purchases are governed by the relevant app store’s policies. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by loggd.life and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the Service

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any results or outcomes from using the Service

loggd.life is a tool for personal growth, not professional advice. For health, mental health, or financial matters, consult qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, loggd.life SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold loggd.life harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity (with notice)
  • Discontinuation of the Service

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings (available in both the website and mobile app). Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel it separately through your device settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless prohibited by local consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
