The real problem

You don't lack motivation.
You lack a system.

Three reasons people stop using habit apps, and what this one does about each of them.

You start well, then you stop after two or three weeks.

Every check-in gives you points. Streaks, points and 100 levels give you a reason to open the app again tomorrow.

Habits in one app, tasks in another, notes in a third one.

Everything is in one app. And it is connected: a focus session belongs to a task, and a task belongs to a goal.

After six months, you still cannot tell if you improved.

Every habit has a grid of the last 365 days. You can see at once which weeks you were active and which weeks you were not.

What's inside

More than a habit tracker.
Use as much as you want.

You can track three habits and nothing else, and the app stays that simple. Or you can plan your whole week in it. Same app, same account, and you choose how much of it you use.

Start here

What you do
every day

Habits

Choose the days you want to do it: every day, weekdays, or your own pattern. Plan a day off and your streak survives it.

Tasks

A to-do list with priorities, tags, and one main task each day. Type “Call mom tomorrow at 3pm” and the date fills itself in.

Focus timer

A focus timer from 15 to 90 minutes. Pick a task before you start and the minutes are saved onto it.

Goals

Set goals from one month to three years away. Track a number to reach or a list of steps, and see how close you are.

Vision

Six short exercises to work out what you actually want. One of them is a bucket list you can tick off.

Daily check-in

Score your day from 1 to 10 and write one short note. After a few weeks you can see what your good days have in common.

XP and levels

Everything you finish gives you points, and points move you up. There are 100 levels to climb.

Badges and characters

More than 65 badges to unlock as you go. Every few levels you earn an animated character to use as your picture.

Leaderboard

See how your points compare with everyone else. The board is wiped and starts again every month.

Notes

A place to write things down. Put pages inside other pages, and every word saves as you type.

Alarms

On iPhone a task can set a real alarm, not a notification you can miss. Your phone rings before it is due.

Claude, the API and webhooks

Connect Claude or ChatGPT and add a task by writing a message. Or use your own key to read and change your data from a script.

What people say
after using it

Have been using the app for a few months and it's been life changing where I could never stick to habits having a simple tracker that lets me see how I'm doing and reminds me when I have tasks or habits overdue has really helped me stay focused.

All-in-one and actually worth it

Probably the most value-packed productivity app I've used. Habits, tasks, goals, and a Pomodoro timer — all in one place and seamlessly connected. The pricing is fair and the overall experience is polished. Solid

Exceptional Selection of Utilities

This is exactly what a habit and wellness tracker should be. It provides direction, intention, goal management, the right amount of task logging and mainly your habit tracking. Definitely recommend.

The best

I have tried many many tracker apps, some feel too basic and most feel too much overwhelming like they are so confusing due to so many features at once but this is a perfect blend neither too confusing nor to basic covers everything

Questions

The things people ask first

How is this different from every other habit tracker?

Because it does not stop at habits. Most trackers give you a grid and leave you to keep tasks, goals and notes somewhere else. Here they are one app that grows with how much you want to use it: track three habits and ignore the rest, and it stays that simple. Or run the whole week through it, link tasks to goals, time your deep work, write your notes in it, and drive it from Claude. Same account either way, and nothing you turn on makes the simple version worse.

Can I try it without making an account?

On iPhone and Android, yes. Open the app and start adding habits straight away, with no email, no password and no card. When you decide to keep it you claim the account and everything you logged comes with you, and if you decide not to you can delete it whenever you want. The web asks for a quick sign-up because your data has to live somewhere it can sync from.

What do I actually get for free, and what happens when I hit the limit?

Free gives you three habits, two goals, thirty tasks and four tags, with no time limit on any of it, plus streaks, XP, badges, the focus timer, the check-in, notes and the vision exercises in full. When you reach a cap nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. You simply cannot add a fourth habit until you archive one or go Pro. Three habits is genuinely where most people should start anyway.

What happens to my streak if I take a day off?

Nothing, if you planned it. Habits can be daily, weekdays or a custom schedule, and days you deliberately skip are recorded as skips rather than misses, so a holiday does not wipe out four months of work. That is the single thing that makes people quit habit apps, so it was worth getting right.

Do I have to install the app?

No. loggd.life runs in the browser and the phone apps are optional. It is one account either way, so whatever you check off on your phone is already there when you open a laptop. The mobile apps also keep working offline and sync once you are back on a connection.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, and you do not need Pro for it. Getting your own data back is your right, not something to sell you: Settings has a one-click export that downloads everything you have logged as JSON, on any plan, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Pro adds the API and webhooks on top, for pulling it into your own tools automatically.
